The Vermilion County Wind Advisory Panel will reconvene at Noon on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 on the 3^rd floor conference room of the County Board office, Vermilion County Courthouse Annex, 6 N. Vermilion Street, Danville, IL. 

This session will not offer an additional public comment opportunity.  The panel will continue to consider the public comments received at the public comment session conducted on April 15, 2013.  The meeting is open to the public.  In the event additional room is needed, the meeting may adjourn to the second floor County Board Chambers.

Press Release

On April 15, 2013 at 6:30 PM at the Potomac Elementary School in Potomac, Illinois, there will be a public forum sponsored by the Vermilion County Board to hear public comments concerning the wind farm ordinance and its provisions regarding setback lines or any other provision in the ordinance.

Members of the public are invited to submit comments on the wind farm ordinance.  Comments may be made in person at the meeting or submitted in writing that evening or prior to the meeting by mailing them to the County Board Office at the Courthouse Annex, 3^rd Floor, 6 N Vermilion Street, Danville, Illinois 61832.

Comments will generally be limited to five minutes.

A report on the public hearing will be submitted to the full County Board after the hearing is complete. The meeting will be chaired by Mr. John Alexander and conducted on the basis of general rules which are attached to this notice.
