The item will be available for inspection on, as well as to start and move.
However, the item may not leave County property.

Sealed bids, submitted in duplicate, will be received
until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 21, 2016
at the office of the Vermilion County Board,
6 North Vermilion St.
Danville, IL 61832.

Bids offered after this time will not be considered.
Unsealed bids will not be honored or accepted.

The bid must include the completed bid form located at the end of each attached document.  
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the
bid number on the outside of the envelope.
Bids will be publicly opened, in the Vermilion County Board office
at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 21
, 2016.
In the case of a tie or where the bid amount is the same between two bids,
then the bids will be considered based on receipt,
as noted on the sealed envelope when received by the County Board office.
Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud and shall be open for public inspection
in the Vermilion County Board office for a period of at least forty-eight (48) hours
before an award of the contract is made.
